Brief: To upgrade a laundry room/downstairs water closet with new countertops and provide a solution to hide pipes. To leave unpainted as the client wants to complete that themselves.
I provided a free quotation visit and provided ideas on what to do in the room. I removed all the unwanted items from the room and repositioned the plumbing pipes as well as the dryer vent pipe. Beaded panelling was installed to hide the pipes and a new countertop was fitted.
The old sink was also replaced with a more compact unit over an old cupboard.
