Hanging a picture looks like a five-minute job right up until the plaster crumbles, the drill finds a cable, or the frame ends up a few millimetres off and you can't unsee it. We hang artwork, mirrors and full gallery walls every week across Horsham, West Sussex and Surrey — planned before anything is drilled, so there are no trial holes left behind.

Framed prints and photographs, oversized canvases, antique and modern mirrors, framed maps, shadow boxes, children's artwork sets, clocks and multi-frame gallery walls running up staircases and along hallways. We also fit traditional timber picture rails and adjustable gallery track so you can move pieces later without drilling again.
Mounting anything else to a wall
The same job, different object: TVs and soundbars, floating and bracket shelves, coat rails and hooks, headboards, curtain poles and blinds, radiator covers, bathroom cabinets, bike racks, wall-mounted storage and children's furniture. If it needs to be fixed to a wall and stay there, it's covered.
The fixing matters more than the hook
Nearly everything that falls off a wall fell because the fixing was wrong for the wall. Older properties often have lath-and-plaster and soft brick; newer estates are usually plasterboard on dot-and-dab. We check what's behind the surface, detect cables and pipes before drilling, and use rated hollow-wall anchors or split battens for heavy pieces. Dust is caught as we drill and everything gets wiped down before we leave.

Frequently asked questions
How much does picture and artwork hanging cost?+
It's a fixed price for the visit, agreed in writing before we start. A few framed prints in one room is a short visit; a full gallery wall, a heavy mirror or artwork spread across a hallway and staircase takes longer and is priced accordingly.
Can you hang heavy mirrors and oversized canvases?+
Yes. Heavy mirrors, large canvases and framed art go up on rated fixings chosen for the wall — split battens, D-rings into timber and masonry, or rated hollow-wall anchors such as GeeFix or Grip-It on plasterboard. Nothing goes on a hook that isn't rated for the weight.
Will you plan the layout of a gallery wall?+
Yes. We lay everything out on the floor first, then template the arrangement on the wall in paper or tape so you can see the spacing and change your mind before a single hole is drilled.
Can you mount things other than pictures?+
Anything that needs to go on a wall — TVs, soundbars, mirrors, floating shelves, coat rails, clocks, radiator covers, bike racks, curtain poles, headboards, wall art and children's storage units.
What about plasterboard, dot-and-dab or lath-and-plaster?+
All handled. We check what's behind the surface, avoid cables and pipework, and carry the right anchor for each wall type rather than the plastic plugs that come in the box.
Do you fit picture rails and hanging systems?+
Yes — traditional timber picture rails and adjustable gallery track systems with cords, so you can rearrange artwork later without any new holes.
